Senior Spotlights 2021

Robyn Caswell #44

Hockey Nickname: Rob

Position: Forward

Number of Years Playing for SCS: Five

High School: Penn Trafford

Plans for next season: I will be attending Stevenson University to study Nursing and play on their NCAA D-III Women's Hockey team.

Favorite SCS On-Ice Memory: Winning my first game of Nationals in a shootout. I'll never forget how excited everyone was. 

Favorite SCS Off-Ice Memory:  The summer camps before the start of the season.

Allison Crnarich #36

Hockey Nickname: Tina

Position: Forward

Number of Years Playing for SCS:  Six

High School: Pine-Richland

Plans for Next Season: Study Chemical Engineering at a four year university in the south

Favorite SCS On-Ice Memory: Coming back and winning the championship in the Thanksgiving tournament

Favorite SCS Off-Ice SCS Memory:  Going to Sports Grille after games

Tessa Deemer #82

Plans for Next Season: Attend King's College to study Marketing and play NCAA D-III women's hockey.

Danielle Karol #21

High School: Canon McMillan

Plans for Next Season:  Attend Robert Morris University to study Nursing

Favorite SCS On-Ice Memory:  Chest bumping Tierney Hilton after every game and almost falling on the ice every time

Favorite SCS Off-Ice SCS Memory: The Dynamos first in prompt to performance at nationals.  Special thanks to my fellow dancing queens Molly and Tessa for making that happen

Plans for Next Season: 4 year college studying computer science

Sarah Pointek #52

High School: Canon-McMillan

Plans for Next Season: Attend college to study biology on a pre-med track

Favorite SCS On-Ice Memory: When we were at 2019 Nationals and coach put out an all defense line to start the third period. We stayed out for over a minute because we were doing so well. 

Favorite SCS Off-Ice Memory: When we went to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls after our games. While there, we bought a five pound Hershey bar, went to The Keg to eat some very good steak, saw Rod Stewart passing by, and screamed reeeeee across the falls.

High School: Mt Lebanon

Plans for Next Season: Attend the University of Vermont to study Education

Favorite SCS On-Ice Memory: The all-defense line at 2019 Nationals

Favorite SCS Off-Ice Memory:  Getting to travel and go to places like the bean in Chicago with Robyn and Danielle and Niagara Falls with Pointy and Jenny!
